At Acorn, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Acorn dog toy, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
